Job Summary:There will be general repairs, climbing on ladders, snow removal, general cleaning, etc. Aptitude for and ability to work independently.Qualifications:Ability, when needed to move heavy items (50-75 lbs.). Ability to read basic operating instructions and be able to operate different cleaning equipment.
