Your expertise in various nail and wellness services will enhance the overall client experience. We are a natural nail shop with a majority of our clientele being men.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures and pedicures
• Sanitize tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to retail sales.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure a professional atmosphere.
• Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Licensed in Cosmetology or nail technician field is required.
• Familiarity with various nail techniques and products.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
