Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a qualified midlevel associate to join our Chambers USA Band 1-ranked Investment Funds: Investor Representation team within our investment management practice.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in representing institutional investors in private funds, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and co-investment funds. Experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements for secondary transactions or forming private funds is a plus but not required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and strong deal management and analytical abilities.
The candidate may be based in any of our offices in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. Applicants must be active members of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office they are applying to.

For NY, CA, and DC positions, the salary range is $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on experience, expertise, and market factors. Compensation may include additional benefits such as medical, financial, paid time off, and others, details of which will be provided upon offer. The position is at-will, and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time.
