TIG Welder/Fabricator -1st Shift - Up to $28/hr - Brighton, MI

Responsibilities:

• TIG weld high-nickel alloys such as Inconel and Monel with precision and consistency
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols
• Perform MIG and Stick welding as needed
• Assist with general fabrication duties including grinding, fitting, and finishing
• Set up and adjust welding machines per project requirements
• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications
• Work collaboratively and maintain a safe, clean work environment

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong TIG welding experience with Inconel, Monel, and other high-nickel alloys
• Hands-on experience with MIG, Stick, grinding, and part fitting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• TIG welding certification (AWS or equivalent) preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail, safety-focused, and dependable
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude toward shop duties
