Job Description

**Job Title: Welder**

Shift: 1st shift

**Job Description**

As a Welder, your primary responsibilities will include welding to custom fabricate, working on shell and tube heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Tanks. You will perform MIG flux-core welding on a variety of stainless, carbon, and precious metals using 045 wire, and engage in TIG welding. Additional duties include fitting, code welding, and blueprint reading. Apply to our team team today!

**Skills**

+ MIG experience

+ TIG experience (preferred)

+ Flux core welding

+ Welding of fabricated heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and tanks

+ Experience in fabricating steel products

+ Perform measurements

+ Experienced in reading blueprints and weld symbol knowledge

+ Knowledgeable with layout and fabrication of product

+ Physical capability for requirements of job, including lifting 50+lbs

**Job Type**

This is a Contract-to-Hire position

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Decatur, IL
