The Microsoft 365 Consultant , Power Platform certified, will provide technical expertise and consultation services to our clients, helping them to design, develop, and implement effective solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, develop appropriate technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consult with clients to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions
2. Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
3. Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
5. Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions
6. Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies and trends
7. Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform implementation and adoption
8. Ensure that solutions meet client expectations, quality standards, and project timelines
9. Provide training and support to clients on the use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a technical consulting role
3. Microsoft 365 and Power Platform certifications required
4. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
5. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
7. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
