About the role
As a Medical Records Specialist at PHM you'll work closely with the Medical Records team collecting, processing, and maintaining medical records for our client cases. You'll work directly with physicians' offices and hospitals to help them understand the why behind the urgency and necessity of delivering the records. We call this "getting the yes from the no."
You'll thrive here if you're adaptable, tech-savvy, and energized by change . You use this can-do spirit in combination with a detail-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a medical or healthcare setting to materially improve our records process and enable a high functioning team.

Compensation : The hourly rate for this position is $25-26.44 per hour, which equals an approximate annual salary equivalent of $50,000-$57,000 annually.
This compensation is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
