Job Description

As a Medical Data Reviewer you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure study participants meet the written requirements and criteria for Oral Healthcare (OHC) research studies

  • Review research protocols and understand study methodology

  • Ensure good documentation practices by documenting health histories and safety checks in study specific Case Report Forms (CRF)

  • Welcome research participants, show them to the dental chair and walk them through the process of intraoral exams for research and dental screening

  • Perform intraoral exams for screening per the study protocol inclusion / exclusion criteria

  • Post-study product use intraoral exams for safety assessments

  • Ensure safety of study participants on active research studies

  • Visual dental screenings - intra oral examination, photos, bite registrations, impressions, cast models, use of oral scanner and appliance fit.

  • Preparation of teeth whitening trays and delivery

  • In office whitening procedures

  • Proficient in using the 3Shape intraoral scanner

  • General work includes operatory set up, breakdown and clean up, instrument cleaning and sterilization

  • Oversight of dental hygienists/assistants on staff via direct or indirect supervision

You are:

  • Required- dentist, hourly, as needed, based on study schedules for POHC projects.

  • Not a full-time role, called in on an as-needed basis

  • Must be present or provide indirect oversight during assigned schedule on-site at Bothell, WA

  • Clinical research experience is preferred

  • Good Clinical Practice training required
