Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and impactful instruction in Medical Assisting.
• Create and implement lesson plans aligned with our curriculum.
• Teach clinical and administrative skills, such as taking medical histories, recording vital signs, and preparing patients for exams.
• Demonstrate and oversee lab procedures, including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Provide guidance on patient care, communication, and professional conduct.
• Assess and support student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Adapt to the diverse needs of students, offering mentorship and encouragement.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related field.
• Teaching experience (classroom instruction, seminars, or in-house training).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to fostering student growth and educational success.

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
