How you will make an impact:
As an MDS Coordinator-Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility. As part of your job, you will transmit MDS assessments, correct rejected assessments, and adhere to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident assessment instrument (RAI) requirements. You will also ensure all residents are assessed according to established timeframes or changes in status and in compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations.
Schedule: This is a full-time, day shift position with an occasional weekend rotation.
