About the role:

Manage brands, craft winning ad campaigns, and drive explosive sales on leading platforms. This role is perfect for a motivated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data into results. They will manage a portfolio of products on Amazon and third-party platforms, assuring solid performance by making data-driven decisions and applying Pay-Per-Click advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of products on Amazon.com, ensuring their success and growth on third-party platforms
• Review and analyze reports on product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve products
• Collaborate with our design team to develop marketing materials, including inserts and social media content
• Develop creative ideas for new product images to improve product conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance is strongly preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn about new systems with ease.
• Proficient with numbers and comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficiency and aptitude for creating compelling product listings, in line with the market trends.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site) in Naples, Florida - This is not a remote position! We offer a Relocation Bonus to help with the relocation expenses.

Compensation: $52,500 base salary + Performance-based Bonus (after Training Period) + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus + 3% Simple IRA Match

The base salary starts at $52,500 and scales up as you progress through our belt system , which is a structured, performance- and training-driven advancement system.

The performance bonus is tied to your effectiveness in managing your product portfolio and is directly aligned with the success of the products under your management.

Our bonus structure is aligned with your ability to improve category performance, making it an ideal setup for motivated individuals who want to be compensated based on their performance.
