Position: Manufacturing Sales Representative
Location: Remote/Field Sales near Chicago, IL or Quad Cities
Salary: $60,000-$90,000 Base + Commission.  Top producers earn $200K+

Position Overview
Our company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales within the flooring industry, working with both B2B and distributor/dealer clients. The role involves guaranteeing customer satisfaction and building relationships with clients.

• Develop and execute a sales plan focused on meeting or exceeding sales goals within the flooring industry
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B and distributor/dealer markets
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports, tracking progress towards goals

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the flooring industry
• Experience in sales of residential flooring products preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
