Job Description: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff. Proficient in the English language. Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Experience aligning technology solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organization's architectural standards. Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code in NATURAL and COBOL using JCL and IBM utilities. Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
