Machine Shop Manager needed in the greater Tucson, AZ market.
The Machine Shop Manager leads people and processes overseeing the day-to-day actives of the plant.The individual will direct team activities with the goal of manufacturing the best possible products on-time while maintaining a safe working environment, continuously improving processes, being an asset to customers, and developing employees in knowledge/competency resulting in a more effective team. The Machine Shop Manager should be able to think outside the box to solve problems and willing to ensure department goals a met. The Machine Shop Manager will have responsibility for production, machining, planning along with continuous improvement/manufacturing engineering.

Salary $110,000 - $135,000
Bonus $10,000 - $15,000
Total Compensation $ 120,000 - $150,000
