NOW HIRING: LPN/RN Unit Manager Responsibilities of a Unit Manager : - The Unit Managers will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care
- Supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff of a designated unit
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications of a Unit Manager : - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid LPN/RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous nursing managerial role in a long-term care or nursing facility
