We're looking for a superstar Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this hybrid role, you'll help ensure our customers receive their orders on time and handle any questions or concerns they may have.

What You'll Do:

Be the order entry wizard: Input, validate, and manage customer orders from emails, phone calls, and online portals.
Communication champion: Collaborate with internal teams to keep customers informed about delivery schedules and shipments.
Problem-solve like a pro: Work with buyers, planners, and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and address any issues that might arise.
Keep things accurate: Process returns, credits, debits, and denials, and handle customs documentation for international shipments.
What You'll Need:

2+ years of customer service experience (experience is heroic, but we can train the right candidate!).
Knowledge of supply chain systems is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in the tech trio: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ready to conquer AS/400 systems? Bonus points for J.D. Edwards experience!
Multitasking master with a keen eye for detail.
Bonus points for experience with EDI systems!
