TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency. The RN Case Manager is responsible to facilitating care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health, access to care and appropriate utilization of resources, balanced with the patient’s resources. This position manages medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services which may require negotiation with a payer on a case by case basis.
