Visa : All apart from H1b, CPT and TN

Hybrid in Hopkinton, MA or Round Rock, TX from Day-1. Will be onsite 2-3 days a week at either location.

Dell will heavily favor consultants who already live near Hopkinton or Round Rock. Afterward they will look at consultants who need to relocate according to their current distance to either city. The closer they live to either Hopkinton or RR, the better.

Requirements:
•12+ years' experience
•Have strong proven architecture experience with various aspects of IT Infrastructure (Network, Storage and Compute) with proven ability to design and implement cloud native solutions
•Strong working experience with Kubernetes and triaging issues pertaining to Infra and Development
•Experience in Kubernetes Container Orchestration, Docker Containers, Cloud building blocks - compute, storage, network, tools & automation and Image management
• Experience driving Security hardening and Vulnerability remediation
•Experience with KVM, Calico/Silium, BGP, vSAN and other Software Defined Data center technologies
•Experience with Cloud configuration automation (Ansible, Terraform, , etc.)
•Experience with Observability tools - Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK
•Strong working experience in Linux OS and systems Engineering
•Ability to Lead and work in fast faced agile (SCRUM) global team setting, mentoring junior team members with minimal supervision
•Excellent Leadership and communication skills

Day to Day:
•Create automation, employ open-source software, interact with API's, and enable CI/CD to create new cloud features, harvest/visualize metrics, monitor health/performance/capacity, etc.
•Partner with product and development teams to provide education and design consultation
•Enthusiastic self-starter with proven track record of execution and delivery
•Experience with Agile methodologies, effective working independently and in a virtual team setting
•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to adjust the messaging based on the audience
•Problem solving skills to develop quick and sound solutions to resolve complex issues
•Assist development teams to migrate applications to Kubernetes based product/platform
