Kitchen and Bath Designer

GranitePro is searching for a Kitchen Designer for our new showroom in Columbia, MD.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Proficient in Cabinetry Design and Renders with 20/20
• Ability To Read and Scale Architectural Blueprints
• 5+ Years of Cabinetry Design Experience
• 5+ Years of Sales Experience
• Valid US Driver License

Qualifications

• Ability to develop creative and thoughtful kitchen and bathroom cabinetry layouts and designs
• Ability to assist clients in making material selections (Ex. Cabinetry, Countertops, Pulls, etc.)
• Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in fast past environment
• Strong social skills
• Works well with others
• Enjoy working with the public
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong networking experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Customer Centric Mentality
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• An eye for design is a very big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Design creative and thoughtful kitchen and bathroom cabinetry layouts and designs using 20/20
• Advise & serve showroom clients
• Assist clients with color selections to compliment their upcoming projects
• Provide In-Home-Estimates
• Provide Virtual Estimates
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Maintain Vendor Relationships
• Maintain Customer Relationships to ensure repeat business
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Plan and schedule appointments
• Provide clients with cosmetic and structural recommendations and guidance
• Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability
• Ensure showroom is tidy, well organized and displays are well maintained
• Ensure that all duties are completed accurately in a timely and efficient manner
• Draft correspondences, quotes, P.O's and other formal documentation

Pay: Salary + Commission (NO CAP)

$60,000.00 - $125,000.00+ per year

Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 10am - 3pm
