Confers with the client to discuss ideas for the layout, colors, and organization of the site. Collaborates closely with internal departments to contribute to all aspects of website and application design. Conducts user research, including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience. Uses version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and code management. Creates fully interactive HTML prototypes to simulate user interactions and validate design decisions. Organizes content. Uses design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency and scalability in UI design across multiple projects. Uses SEO principles and techniques to optimize website performance and user experience. Uses website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Tests web applications units and systems.
