What does a Junior Traffic Manager do at Hogarth?
The Junior Traffic Manager is responsible for project managing linguist network for the Retail Marketing division of a tech-client. Traffic works very closely with both the client and the agency's network. This person needs to engage with cross-functional teams of producers to ensure work is delivered on time, to standard and within budget. Key requirements include an ability to multitask, communicate clearly and consistently, negotiate priorities and deadlines, manage internal and external expectations.
Primary tasks include organizing and coordinating matrices, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and monitoring delivery KPI's and metrics. Excellent communication is required with all stakeholders and our talent network, with whom you will need to build a strong relationship.

At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $25 to $46/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
