What We’re Looking For:
We’re not just hiring a Junior SEO Specialist; we’re looking for someone who:

• Is naturally curious : You frequently ask the question that creates change: why?

• A natural collaborator: You bridge knowledge gaps with shared expertise. You enjoy posing questions to groups and asking for help when you’re stuck.

• Turns feedback into fuel : You don’t just take constructive feedback — you crave it and use it to fuel positive change.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being trained and mentored by top SEOs to hone your craft and rank sites with ease.
• Driving organic traffic growth for client accounts (our average is 70%+ within six months).
• Implementing on-page SEO best practices, from advanced keyword research to technical optimizations.
• Conducting website audits, competitor analysis, and site structure improvements.
• Testing new SEO tactics and finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional team of writers, designers, and developers to execute creative SEO strategies.
• Managing client accounts with transparency and expertise, including explaining your methods and results.
• Using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to identify opportunities and optimize rankings.
• Receive training on the latest topics, trends, and best practices in SEO.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 6+ months of SEO experience and a basic understanding of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
• Is familiar with SEO concepts like internal linking, keyword cannibalization, and local SEO.
• Can adapt to the opaque and ever-changing nature of Google’s algorithms.
• Bonus points if you’ve run your own website, have agency experience, or have worked in the automotive vertical.
• Candidates must have a home address in the United States

Compensation:

• $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)
