In this role you will maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the building pristine.

Job Description

Pay Rate $19.00 per hour

• Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy. 
• Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets.
• Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed. 

Qualifications

• No experience required, but previous janitorial/cleaning experience is a bonus.
• You are somebody who takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean. 
• You have good communication skills and can take direction from others.
• You have knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals.
