Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Scrum Master: Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software solutions Manage and remove impediments, ensuring smooth progress of the project Facilitate effective communication between the development team and business stakeholders Uphold and adhere to standard documentation practices, ensuring all document formats align with proper procedures Mentor the team to higher levels of Agile maturity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Required Skills for IT Scrum Master: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role working with a software development team Proficient knowledge of Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. Proficiency in using JIRA for project management Retail industry experience is REQUIRED What's in it for you?
