Role: Investor Relations Associate
Salary: $100K - $120K base + discretionary bonus
Location: New York, New York *Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site* Job Description: The Investor Relations Associate will work collaboratively to support the IR team with the creation of marketing materials. Responsibilities are inclusive of the following:
Responsibilities: - Act as day-to-day point of contact for contact requests and relationship development
- Client support inclusive of drafting responses, consultant inquiries and the creation of client presentations
- Timely creation of marketing requests such as Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Work cross-functionally amongst various internal teams including Fund Administration, Operations, Investments, Legal, and Compliance
- Assist in meeting execution
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience within the asset management industry, a year or two of private equity experience highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
