Position Overview: As an
Insurance Sales and Service Representative , you will support the agency's growth by providing expert guidance, tailored insurance recommendations, and excellent customer service. You will play a key role in helping our clients manage risk and recover from the unexpected.
Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person communication
- Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Business policies
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
- Assist with billing questions, policy changes, and claims support
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads and opportunities
- Achieve sales and service goals set by the agency
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What We're Looking For: Property & Casualty Insurance License (Able to obtain)
Insurance agency experience (preferred but not needed)
Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese) a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and CRM systems
Reliable, professional, and goal-driven

Office Hours: Monday-Wednesday: 9am-6pm
Thursday: 9am-6pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
After-hours and weekend appointments by request
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
