Job Summary:
This individual will enhance presentation of online content, and enhance presenter’s content delivery. They will also load content on learning management system (LMS) and serve as a resource for SEH and SEP.

Job Description:
- Collaborate and assist to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
- Maintain existing courses and revise to improve with feedback from content from a visual and utilizing adult learning principles.
- Update and modify course contents to reflect any development and changes in the procedures or technology.
- Advise content experts/presenters on training strategy and selection of appropriate media as needed.
- Load and maintain content on the LMS.
- Provide technical assistance and support to IS/associates.
- Trains associates on running LMS reports and runs reports as request.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design field, or in Learning Design and Technology
Specialized Knowledge:
- Proficient in software applications for web, video, desktop and mobile platforms.
- Ability to initiate, coordinate and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent writing and business communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft and Adobe products or equivalent authoring software.
Kind and Length of Experience:
- Three years experienced in graphic or instructional design
