Shaw Bakers is adding to our Sales Support Team!

The Inside Sales Coordinator will be based out of the San Francisco Bay area, onsite in our South San Francisco headquarters. The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between customers, internal departments, and sales functions. This role encompasses managing new customer setups, providing communication support, and maintaining operational efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role serves as a backup for other Inside Sales Coordinators, ensuring consistent service and communication.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Customer Setup and Management

• Complete new customer setup processes, including verifying required documentation and system entry.
• Work with the finance and legal teams to establish accounts and vet contracts.
• Maintain and update customer account information in company systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure alignment and timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues or address inquiries.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve service levels and streamline processes.

Customer and Consumer Communications

• Serve as a primary point of contact for consumer inquiries and communication.
• Coordinate customer communication for sample requests, order updates, and other service needs.
• Assist in preparing and distributing customer-specific marketing materials and presentations.
• Backup and Support Functions
• Provide backup support for other Inside Sales Coordinators, ensuring consistent service during absences.
• Assist with order processing and fulfillment as needed.
• Step into additional administrative or coordination roles during peak periods or as required.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare regular reports on customer activities, communication metrics, and sales data.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications2+ years' experience customer service experience required2+ years' experience inside sales experience required2+ years' experience in data reporting and analytics, cross functional collaboration, and customer communication strongly preferred

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Equipment/Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP software preferred
