Your Role:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Account Management & Growth : Cultivate relationships with Direct OEM accounts, identifying opportunities to expand business while maintaining profitability in the B2B OEM sales space.
- Market Development : Analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and market data to develop strategic sales plans targeting OEM market growth.
- Sales Operations : Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including order processing, invoicing, delivery, and payment collection, ensuring streamlined operations for OEM customers.
- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with engineering teams and customers to guide product application processes and provide technical expertise in industrial engine sales.
- Inventory & Performance Monitoring : Track OEM inventory levels and identify underperforming accounts, implementing strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Forecasting & Reporting : Develop accurate sales forecasts, prepare performance reports, and propose actionable strategies to exceed sales targets.
- Trade Show Representation : Provid e technical expertise and promote industrial engine solutions at industry trade shows and exhibitions to showcase capabilities to OEM partners.
- Confidentiality & Ethics : Maintain strict confidentiality when working with DOEMs and OEMs, ensuring professional and ethical standards are upheld in all OEM sales dealings.
What We’re Looking For:
Your Expertise
- Proven Sales Success: A track record of managing high-value OEM accounts and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
- Understanding of order processing workflows and off-road engine emissions regulations for OEM sales.
- Technical Acumen: Strong comprehension of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to industrial engines.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies for sustainable growth.
Your Skills
- Experience with engineering project management and strategic marketing planning.
- Familiarity with automotive, agriculture, or construction markets, and working knowledge of managing large OEM accounts.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting competitive market intelligence and driving customer-focused solutions in the OEM market.
- Proficiency in SAP at a user level for sales operations and forecasting.

What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA or professional sales certifications preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial engine sales or related product sales, with a focus on B2B distributor and OEM markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI , MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP .
- Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel as required (about 40- 50%) to support OEM sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges in the OEM market.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term customer relationships with OEM partners to ensure mutual success.
