Salary Range: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour commensurate with experience

Role Overview:

Benoure is seeking experienced and qualified Service Technicians to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a steady, year-round work environment and want to contribute to a company with a strong reputation in the community. As a Service Technician at Benoure, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver top-notch service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Apply your knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing codes to ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring every job is completed correctly the first time.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Represent Benoure in a professional manner at all times.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, with overtime opportunities available.
• Participate in an on-call rotation from October through April (with summers off).

Qualifications:

• Must have experience and certifications in one or more of the following areas: Gas, Plumbing, Refrigeration.
• Must pass a clean driver's and criminal background check.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects, with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 pounds.
• Commitment to following proper safety techniques at all times.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
