HR Manager
Location: Dallas, TX

At Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions, we operate in a rapidly evolving and high-energy environment where no two days are the same. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in navigating the complexities of workforce management, driving employee engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives that align with organizational goals in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address urgent and unexpected HR challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with two years of experience in human resource management.
  • Proven HR management experience in a fast-paced or high-growth setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a chaotic environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
