In this specialized administrative role, you will play a vital part in maintaining employee data, supporting staffing activities, and coordinating training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper data tracking and reporting.
Serve as a liaison between employees and HR resources, assisting with HR-related inquiries.
Support staffing activities by screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews and assessments.
Coordinate training sessions by managing schedules, sending invitations, and tracking training hours.
Monitor and respond to job-related inquiries, directing questions to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Assist with candidate matching for development programs and provide support for recruitment initiatives.
Verify candidate applications, validate submitted transcripts, and review prescreen responses.
Schedule second-round interviews and oversee logistics for recruitment events.
Prepare management reports and create engaging PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings, including celebrations for milestones and special dates.
Manage the team's calendar and coordinate materials needed for recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential; familiarity with Eightfold is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a junior or entry-level recruiting role is preferred, but not required.
