Job Description:

Professionally clean clients homes using Merry Maids unique cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consistently clean homes.

Responsibilities:

• Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean clients homes
• Use provided equipment, including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths
• Clean all surfaces in the house, including fans, blinds, lighting fixtures, baseboards, accessories, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
• Possibility of cleaning floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum all stairs, carpets, hard surface floors, and furniture
• Move all reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behind
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from the office, vehicle, and client homes.
• Help maintain stored supplies and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and contribution to the overall team effort, including being uniform, reliable, and punctual.
• Have respect and understanding for coworkers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.
• Regular physical contact with hair, dogs, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Ability to drive to and from various work sites.
