Home-Based TherapistsWe are looking to expand our clinical team and needs Home-Based Therapists to join us in serving families in the community that are involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services. Our mission is to keep children safe and empower families by teaching them the needed tools to establish a healthy environment. We believe that this feeling of safety is also crucial in the therapeutic relationships we create with our clients.
The Home-Based Therapist will be responsible for maintaining a caseload and applying evidence-based and effective therapeutic modalities with clients involved with the Department of Child Services.
This position will require active collaboration with the department and a team of providers referred to assist the family in working towards permanency.
The Home-Based Therapist will be able to maintain appropriate and timely documentation consistent with the service standards of Indiana Department of Child Services. This includes completing individual intake assessments, treatment plans, case notes, monthly progress reports, closing summaries, outcome measures, etc.
This position may also require crisis intervention, safety planning, and/or court appearances. Due to the nature of the services provided, evening and/or weekend availability may be required in some cases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45-55 per hour - Dependent on Licensure
Expected hours: 25+ client hours per week
