Summary:

The Junior Project Manager supports the successful delivery of the project by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. This role provides hands-on project support while learning and applying best practices in hospitality and technology project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project records, prepare status updates, and support communication with stakeholders.
• Budget & Resource Support : Monitor expenses, track resource allocation, and provide reporting to senior project managers.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and support mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT, Operations, Design, and external vendors to align deliverables with Client's brand and compliance standards.
• Quality Assurance : Support testing and validation of systems (e.g., booking gateway, CRM integrations) to ensure functionality across platforms.
• Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure expectations are met.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to streamlining workflows and improving efficiency in project delivery.
