Qualifications:

• • 5+ years of experience in a help desk or deskside support role (private or public sector)
  • MUST HAVE Active A+ certification
  • 1+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Mac/Apple products (approximately 20% of their machines)
  • Role involves 50% help desk and 50% deskside support
  • Strong culture fit and excellent customer service skills, as you will be supporting internal Switch employee
