About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is currently hiring a Clinical Recruiter to support one of our large healthcare clients in the Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC area. This is a hybrid role , offering a mix of remote work and on-site responsibilities, including attendance at job fairs and in-person hiring events.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with facility administrators and hiring managers to define position requirements and recruitment strategy
• Develop strong knowledge of client facilities, services, and organizational culture
• Source candidates through various channels including online research, social media, and networking
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates for current and future roles
• Conduct structured interviews and screen applicants based on job criteria
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Attend local recruiting events and job fairs as needed (occasional in-person presence required)
• Negotiate offers within established compensation guidelines

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in clinical or healthcare recruiting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Must reside in South Carolina and be available for periodic in-person events
