Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective clients through phone, email, or online chat to discuss health insurance options and coverage plans.

Assist clients in completing health insurance applications and enrollment forms accurately and efficiently.
Stay informed about the latest health insurance plans, policies, and industry trends to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and offer ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and sales abilities.
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for enrollment and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
