RESPONSIBILITIES

Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials). Study design briefs and determine requirements Maintain current knowledge of design trends Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or another related field OR Equivalent years of experience in graphic design Experience: Proficiency in Adobe design software Portfolio required with application.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software Skills/Abilities: Strong design and problem-solving skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Detail oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
