- Development of card and board games (Spades, Solitaire, Hearts, Jin Rummy). Constant control of the product in the development process and timely changes at all stages to obtain a top game;
- Studying all components of the game: ideas, mechanics, gameplay, balance, goal, narratives;
- Development of the monetization strategy of the project: interstitials, points of effective rewards, inapas, etc., in order to obtain the maximum total income from the product;
- Full support and management of game development using minimal resources (reusability and the most optimal solutions);
- Creation of high-quality documentation and project requirements;
- Build and implement the project development roadmap;
- Work with game balance;
- Development of game levels, progressions, quests and challenges to keep players;
- Preparation of regular sections of project development for top-level control;
- Analysis of game metrics and finalization of the game taking them into account;
- Monitoring industry trends and new technologies related to game design;
- Actively communicate with the producer to agree on priority tasks and find the best solutions for their implementation.
- Commercial experience in game design for at least 2 years, with a strong emphasis on card games and casual games;
- Successful experience in creating mobile games from "scratch" or experience in improving gameplay (Retention Rate, Engagement Rate, Play time)
- Basic knowledge of Unity;
- Deep understanding of the principles of game design, game mechanics and game economy;
- Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving;
- Good understanding of player psychology;
- Understanding of modern market trends (graphics, ergonomics, methods, etc.), competitors' strategies;
- Work in a team of professionals in the field of mobile game development;
- Ability to influence product development and development processes;
- Flexible schedule and remote work.
