Executive Housekeeper (Live-Out) for Two Properties in Osterville, MA & Dover, MA

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the care and upkeep of two properties, splitting time between Osterville, MA and Dover, MA. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a private household setting.

Position Details:

• Pay: $50 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility depending on location and household needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
•  
• Manage laundry and ironing, ensuring proper care and storage of garments
• Take on organization and decluttering projects as needed
• Proactively identify household needs and work independently to address them

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in private homes is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards
• Must demonstrate discretion and respect for privacy
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must provide 3-5 professional references
