2+ years retail experience
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Starting wage is $13-$14/hour - experience in The UPS Store, Fed-Ex Kinkos or any shipping / quick print shops will considered for the high end of wage scale.
The position is for The UPS Store at 6300 Creedmoor Road, Suite 170, Raleigh NC 27612 - 919-847-5168 - dependable transportation required

Required Hours * Saturdays - 9:00am - 4:30pm 3-4 weekdays - 1:00pm - 7:00pm Essential Traits, Duties & Responsibilities: Sales: You aren't afraid to ask for the sale. Confidently explain various products and services. This includes upselling and cross-selling products to the customer. Packaging Services: Perform estimates and pack high-value & fragile contents for shipping per training methods. Help customers select moving supplies. Shipping Services: Receive & process packages for UPS, US Post Office or Freight services including lifting & weighing packages on scale, accessing counter manifest shipping software, generating labels, providing receipts & tracking information to customers. Cleaning & Upkeep: Vacuum, sweep, dust, wipe, shine. Everyone on the team works on keeping the store clean and debris free. Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods of time required. Type 30+ WPM English fluency required. Spanish desired. Current notary public or ability to get certification.
