What We're Looking For: We need a Warehouse/Order Fulfillment Supervisor who can own and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and safety of our warehouse. We need someone who can learn our existing processes and help us maximize efficiency and delivery quality products in a timely manner to our most valuable asset: our customers. This person should be able to manage all of our product flow through the warehouse to fulfill customer orders while driving the team's goals and efficiency standards. This includes and emphasis on order fulfillment time, order accuracy, warehouse productivity, and labor costs and forecasting.
In addition to these needs, we are looking for a leader who understands how to motivate their team and who can work in the trenches to earn their trust and respect and leverage it into quantifiable results through meaningful process improvements and efficiency upgrades. Our ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and has the ability to take ownership of their role and take their team to the next level. We need a stellar communicator who can explain business decisions to the workforce and provide actionable feedback to senior leadership to influence change.
Summarize, You Will: ? Develop and maintain key performance metrics for all roles under your supervision to assess team performance and implementing solutions/improvements when necessary
? Communicate and model job responsibilities, performance expectations and the values of the company.
? Build strong teams at all levels from supervisor to staff. Lead the training of new employees and the ongoing development of the team
? Present recommendations to the General Manager and drive implementation of projects to to improve warehouse operations, increase quality of service, efficiency of department, staff, and equipment performance
? Ensure that inbound shipments, outbound orders and everything in between runs as efficiently as possible. Ensure all order fulfillment and productivity goals are met on a daily basis.

Requirements
? 2+ years of Warehouse Lead/Management experience with full responsibility for the operation
? 2+ years of experience with a similar warehouse environment processing customer order across multiple channels of distribution with a fast paced, highly dynamic growth company
? Experience implementing successful efficiency improvement projects to support growth that included process changes and new hardware and systems
? Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) and relationship building skills with your team and cross-functional partners to effectively OWN the role
? An infectious, positive attitude and a solid work ethic, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities
? Proven record of attracting and building strong teams
