As a Full-Time Cake Decorator at Food Lion in Bluffton, SC, your role centers on delivering exceptional customer service within the Deli Bakery Department. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Cake Decoration: Utilize various techniques and tools to create visually appealing cakes, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Product Knowledge: Understand and apply knowledge of ingredients, mixes, icings, and color coordination in cake preparation.
Sanitation and Compliance: Maintain cleanliness of the department and comply with all food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
Operational Tasks: Assist in ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise in line with company policies.
