Have strong communication skills
Enjoy using technology to complete tasks (reservation software, text messaging, email and multiline phone)

Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
Arrive to the salon looking fashionable with a great attitude
Achieving a great first and last impression for our guests
Accurately make reservations and process the guests payment
Rebook and recommend retail products to each guest
Becomes proficient in using all salon technology
Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests
