This role will provide support and mentoring to our franchisees by completing one on one business reviews, managing KPI’s, and providing ongoing coaching and development . Duties/Responsibilities Supporting franchisee owners through virtual coaching, training, and site visits as needed. Adapt to franchise partner needs based on assessment and provide prescriptive training and resources to help and guide each franchise operation with customized training. Utilize effective time management and operate with integrity to promote, advocate, educate and train in regard to the Cabinet IQ brand. Audit franchise location operations to ensure processes are followed by all. Perform other duties as required. Home service experience is a plus. Maintain detailed and organized records of support for each franchise partner. Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in a franchise support position. Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop appropriate solutions. Must have "the Passion to Serve" franchisees through consultative skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others and fully engage is special projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
