Perform administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process, including reviewing documentation and updating databases
Review and process real property conveyance and encumbrance documents
Search and evaluate bankruptcy matters in accordance with written procedures
Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure-related inquiries
Coordinate and manage all outbound mailings related to foreclosure cases
Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and foreclosure tracking systems
Process county E-recordings, prepare reinstatement quotes, and handle check deposits and invoicing
Support other duties and special projects as assigned
High attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with foreclosure processes, legal documentation, or related real estate tasks preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain professional client/vendor relationships

Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, 8:30 AM5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM6:00 PM (flexible scheduling)

Pay Details: $21.93 per hour
