We are seeking a Ford Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship. Only Master Technicians with Ford or Lincoln experience need apply! Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Flexible Work Schedule Ford Master Technician Responsibilities: * Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. * Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. * Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed. * Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications. * Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications. * Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions. * Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Ford Master Technician Requirements:

• Complete Required Courses: Finished all required courses in one specialty (gasoline, diesel, drivetrain, or chassis)

High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Master Mechanic certification or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician at a Ford or Lincoln Dealership * Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized automotive repair software * Completion of trade school certificate program or mechanic training program (preferred) * Physical stamina and basic computer skills.
