As our FSQA Manager, you'll: Inspire and Grow Talent: Build and mentor a high-performing FSQA team. Define roles, set goals, and create clear paths for success. Drive Results: Set and track KPIs, enforce sanitation schedules, and manage corrective actions to uphold our industry-leading standards. Innovate Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement, standardize workflows, and maximize ROI from FSQA systems. Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve FSQA challenges, spearhead USDA meetings, and oversee mock recalls and audits. Collaborate for Success: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and customers, support new product launches, and champion company-wide initiatives. What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field. 5+ years of management experience in QA, Food Safety, or Regulatory Compliance. HACCP/PCQI certification (SQF Practitioner preferred) with proven USDA/FDA expertise. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills with a passion for solving problems.
