At Walton Arts Center and the Walmart AMP, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our patrons—and that starts with our people. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Food and Beverage Director to lead our dynamic F&B operations across two exciting venues: our indoor performing arts center in Fayetteville and the 11,000-capacity Walmart AMP in Rogers.

This is a unique leadership opportunity to manage high-volume food and beverage outlets, bar service, in-seat service, catering, premium offerings, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, high-impact entertainment environment.

What You'll Do

As the Food and Beverage Director, you will:

• Lead and execute a strategic vision for F&B operations across both venues.
• Drive profitability through smart pricing, cost control, menu & process innovation.
• Oversee staff management, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Manage vendor relations, including supply chain, nonprofits, and third-party providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences for patrons, artists, sponsors, and partners.
• Report on KPIs and financial performance, managing department budgets and forecasts.

Who You Are

• A confident leader and mentor with 7–10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in sports, concerts, or entertainment venues.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation
• Experienced in managing $5M+ annual F&B revenue.
• Strong in strategic planning, vendor negotiation, and health and safety compliance (ServSafe, responsible alcohol management, etc.).
• Comfortable working on-site and at times long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A problem solver, team collaborator, and excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.

What We Offer

• Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 plus performance-based bonus
